I've been downloaded images from the internet for my Diamond's wallpaper background.  I found that going to File Explorer, opening the image, shrinking it and setting it as a wallpaper from there does not work.  The only way to get images I download from the internet to my wallpaper is to do so in the actual Settings area. (Settings >> Wallpaper)

The problem I'm having is that no matter where I get the image from (even from this site specifically designed for the Diamond), they end up being way too big using this method, and it stretches outside the screen.

It seems absurd that it's this difficult to do.  I even went to File Explorer, shrinked the image, and saved it before setting it as a wallpaper in "Settings".  Didn't help a bit.

Does anyone know a better way to set the background, or how I can get images to automatically fit to the screen size?

Thanks,
Stephen

Its better for wallpapers to be 640x480.  If I find an image I want for my background, I usually use photoshop to size it down.

Here is a link to tons of free images sized right for the Diamond:

They should just work automatically.

Thanks man!

It'd be nice if the Diamond could automatically resize it when making it the wallpaper, but maybe they'll fix that.
