Ring tone error

Hi all.  I know Ive asked a lot of questions but I dont get a lot of things thats going on with my diamond.  when I dont use the phone for 4 hours or so then I go to use it the first thing I usually do is update the weather.  Then when I want to listen or change my ring tones the fist 10 work but if you scroll down more those dont.  Im really fed up with this.  I reboot the phone and everything is ok.  I shouldnt have to do this everyday.  It happends when I start a data connection(Example)Going to the web or updating weather.  Please help me.  Is anyone having this problem? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Im really fed up with this.

I go into where the preset ringtones are.  whats happening is when I start a data connection either updating weather or going on the web some how some of my preset ring tones dont work. Tell me if this is normal for the diamond or not. When I let the phone sit for 3hours or so then when I go to wake it up the data connections stop.
