Hi All

Every time I set an image as the background all it does is change the background of the start menu, and no image is placed behind the big clock and "desktop" content.

Ive seen tonnes of pictures of diamonds where the image has been changed to display behind the menus.

Can anyone shed some light here?

Thanks in advance!

EDIT: This is what I am talking about

I had to figure this out myself. Using the file explorer and selecting a picture and setting it as "Today's background/wallpaper" won't work at all. The only way I've found it to work, is to flow to the actual Settings Tab at the bottom, and select the Wallpaper option. There it'll let you pick a picture.

The wallpaper only'll appear on the Home/Today screen however. And there is NO way to change the opaque/transparency levels doing this method. I can't find out how to change the levels myself without using the File Explorer...but it won't apply the wallpaper.

How strange?

I've read a few reviews that mention the lack of customisation to Touch Flow.  So I reckon that's your lot!

ok so I have a problem now.

I moved my pictures over to my internal storage so I wouldn't overburden the small amount
of storage on the phone.

Now when I go to Settings>wallpaper  I can't FIND the pictures.  It allows me to drop down menu
select Internal Storage, but they don't show up!

Added note...I can see all the pictures on my phone memory and internal memory when I'm in the contacts
field or the photo/camera fields.  I can't see any photos when I'm in the Settings>Wallpaper section.

Any ideas?

Thanks!

Hi

I sat for days trying to figure this out but eventually i found out how to change the wallpaper.

Put you finger on home scroll tab and then scroll right to settings tab. click on wallpaper (third from top). Say no to use the default wallpaper. You can then either select a wallpaper from the list that pops up or you can select a different folder on your internal storage where you may have other pictures either from your camera pics or downloaded from elsewhere.

You have to find the folder your pictures are stored in first and then select one.

Hope this helps. Good luck!

Hi all,  so does the diamond have preset pictures you can use as a wallpaper other than the ones we have?  When I tab over to pictures/videos I want the pre set pictures like the one picture that show on this tread?  Thank you for any help.

Hi all.   Ive asked this question before but no answer.  As you all know the diamond comes with preset pictures.  Example like the fish coming out of the water the yellow flower.  I want to set one of those to appear behind the clock of whe home screen but canj figure it out. When I Go into wallpapes it just lets me put my photos on there.  Any help would be greatly appreciated Thank you.

Badboy...As Tamzoni stated from the home screen, thumb scroll over to "settings", then push "wallpaper".  A pop up will appear stating "would you like to use default wallpaper?"...click NO.  The top left corner where it says My Pictures, click my pictures then click Internal storage, it should take you to the My Pictures folder in the internal storage, there the pre loaded images will be.  Click on which ever one you want, and it should load as your Home page wall paper.

Hi all.  Thank you for all your help.  I did try that before but it didnt show the preset images.  When I scroll down they werent there.  The only thing that showed up was just a shadow of people.  I will try again.  I must be missing a step.  I will let you know how it goes.  Once again Thank you.        Cheers!

Shadow of people...is that in reference to the pre loaded images for contacts?  If so, those are in the "my device" my pictures storage side, you want to get to "internal storage" my pictures to get the pre-loaded images like the fish and the yellow flower and stuff.  That's how it is on my phone anyway... Smiley

So the steps I take are...scroll to settings>wallpaper>NO>my pictures (upper left above the camera icon)>internal storage...should be in there.

If its not in there, then I suggest you connect your phone to your pc, then search for your picture folder and find the file called "Album Sample_06" (thats the fish jumping out of water image).  Then once you find it, you know where to navigate to after selecting NO, from the steps above.  happy hunting, I hope you get it!!
