There are so many things you can download for the phone, just check the Software thread and the Hacks thread!

An essential: NET Compact Framework 3.5 Redistributable

I also like ManilaToday, which adds another tab to the TouchFlo, like a regula Today screen, that you can populate with plugins.

Diamond TF3D Config is great, lets you organize your tabs.

ChangeScreen lets you configure your screen rotations, if you don't like the way they're set up by default.

InboxExtender adds a "Mark all as Read" option.

WeatherDatabaseEditor lets you add your nack-of-the-woods, in case it's not in the default database.

Darkness231 Stops SMS Sent eliminates the pop-up after you send a text message.

And lastly, S2U2 - a great Slide to Unlock program that keeps your buttocks from dialing or answering the phone and displays vital info (weather, calendar, tasks, clock, alarm, sms, email, mms etc)

I don't have direct links to all these programs handy, but if you copy & paste the names of the apps, they should pop up. If not in this forum, than on Google for sure.
