Seems a lot of people come from the Instinct to the Diamond.

Welcome to the forums Wink

Hello all. I figured instead of starting a whole new thread for myself I'd just add to this person's seeing as I'm in the same boat. I'm a former Instinct owner and after three Instincts I finally had enough and respectfully and politely complained up a storm and was given the Diamond as a replacement. I had no idea how much this phone was capable of. This thing is light years better than the Instinct already and I've yet to tap into any of the other things it is capable of like upgrading the ROM and adding on apps and such. I'm really interested in changing the ROM but it's quite intimidating. I've read all the various posts and threads about it but it's a bit daunting and scary! I'm generally pretty tech savvy but I'm just a little bit leery of screwing the phone up. I have all my stuff backed up so I might dive into doing that this weekend, but don't be surprised if one of you veterans around here gets a message from me with questions.  Wink  All in all I'm very impressed with the device thus far and have enjoyed reading all that this place has to offer. I look forward to contributing and continuing to explore my new phone.

Appreciate the welcome. Unlocked it and installed a new ROM today, got everything updated and programmed...I'm liking it a lot so far.
