Wanted cable with USB charging and 3.5 headphone jack

Hi all, is it possible to get a cable that does both. I listen to the radio on my mobile at work and also want to use it as an MP3 player in my car. The battery just goes flat to quick and I have looked at the cables both USB and 3.5 head phone, one connects on the bottom and the other on the top of the internal socket.

So I want it to be charging while its being used for music.

You'll want to look for an adapter instead of a cable. Like this one:
