cant access internet

I`ve tried everthing ( I think ) to get on the internet. The WiFi works. The phone works, but email, explorer, dont. any ideas ? please

Did you jus flash the phone?

Hi. not recently, but have done one upgrade of the orange rom. I cant remember if the problem started then, but I dont think so.

So the obvious question, is the data button turned on?  I know it is, but have to ask.

Next question are all the settings in Start>settings>connections>tasks then under data network, manage existing connections.  It should say Data network or just Data and a number to be called out.  Make sure those are correct.
