How do I remove or edit the Alltel bar on the Today page?

I've been reading about changing colors and stuff but I really want to get rid of or change the bar from Alltel to something personal. Is there any way to do it?

It's been soooo long since I have had TF3d that I dont remember the bar you are talking about.  If I had to guess there is a top bar that has the carrier name in it, right?  You can download "Personalizer" and change the name to whatever you want.  Also to make the bar clear I think there is a cab call no top curtain somewhere, I'll look for it.
