People Tab/All Contacts - Default Application

Any way to override the default contact application with another PIM application?  Specifically I'd like the "All Contacts" button to take you to Pocket Informants Contact application.  I find Pocket Informant to have a better contact manager.

Also, along the same lines, when I click the 1st tab and then "Calendar" Pocket Informant comes up but not the specific "Custom View" that I'm looking for.  Any way to customize this?

I'm using Diamond TF3D Config and Diamond Tweak but can't figure out how to set these 2 things the way I want them.
