How to quickly install a software tool with license and settings

Hello, I want to check new ROMs, I am working with the original one.

My problem is that I am using many software tools with Serial numbers and settings.
I am looking for a "Simple Way" to reinstall the software tool with the serial number and the setting

Of course I know Backup and I using it, but I want to change the ROM, so I think the Backup (Registry) will not works

personally I would suggest playing around with the ROMS and finding one that you love and then once you decide to stick with it, Then install the programs with serials. Cuz unfortunately, there is no easy way. Once you hard reset and redo the ROMs there is no registry back up that will work, only because even if you back up the registry, it is not going to match the new ROM.
