How Do you download these games onto the phone

I was just wondering how to download the given games/apps to the phone. i have no idea how to do it . can some one please help?!!

how did you miss the first thread when you got into this section??

it says master list for apps and games.

2 ways to do this.

1st from your phone download the cab files. (links provided from this website)

2nd download the cab files to your pc then through active sync, move the files over to your phone and click it to install it.
