I have installed gyrator2 to change the screen to landscape, but I am at total loss how to configure the thing. I've read a million forum posts and done a million google searches and I still cannot figure out how to set it up. All I want to do is be able to change the screen orientation to landscape in text and email. Is there anyone out there who can tell me how to do this in very simple, detailed language.

I have also tried GSen and couldn't get it to work either. Is there anything else out there that is easier to use? Please help! I think my head is about to explode!  Embarrassed

I am using Gyrator2 myself.  First off I have mine set to in my task manager to be exclusive so it doesn't show up in my running programs list.  Not a requirement I don't suspect.  As far as it working and the settings, mine seemed to work pretty well after install and a soft-reset.  It did take some hard turning to get it to recognize the phone was flipped, but it worked on pretty much everything.  I recently went into the Menu/Options/Sensors and changed my movement sensitivity from 2 up to 100 at first, and this to me was too sensitive, so I am at like 60 I believe.  That worked for me, hope it helps you. I think I have it working now thanks, but I would like to disable the pickup phone and hangup phone rotating. I hung up on my friend like 4 times earlier. Anyone know how to do that? I can't be hanging up on people all the time? hehe

I simply went to Menu>Events and then press and hold the Phone Incoming and Hang Up events. You can always make custom ones later. I'm still trying to tweak the 'no rotation' while in phone mode.

Frankly I say ditch Gyrator...go to ChangeScreen, its so much more simplified.  I mean all you have to do is launch ChangeScreen config, then click show app and launch the app you dont or do want to rotate.  It will tell you the name of the app, then you just add it to the list.  Done.
