Cleaning Windows

Hi can anyone pls tell me what I can use to clean wondows on HTC touch diamond.
I have installed SPB Diary and somehow it wont work cause the plcae where I should Tick to NOT TO USE OUTLOOK AS DEFAULT is GHOSTED so I decided to give up , but there are still some files still in WINDOWS but I can't remove them, any help what to do to clean up windows of these files please.

You can probably unghost the option with a registry editor.

As for deleting protected windows files: Total Commander does the trick for me.
