Blackberry push email service in HTC Touch Diamond

Hello,

I got Blackberry Connect 4.0.0.106 installed in my HTC Touch Diamond running on WM6.1 and ROM 2.03.707.2 WWE. Upon installation, it automatically create a folder called 'system' in the messaging. My mobile operator already activated the Blackberry Internet Service and the Blackberry Connect work fine by successful push emails to my Touch Diamond. Every emails are push automatically into the 'system' folder.

The problem is, I can only view the email but unable to reply. The reply button on the bottom left is greyed out and not functioning.

Does anyone here successfully using Blackberry Connect without any problem in Touch Diamond? If so, can you please provide me some tips on how to make it able to reply emails. I sincerely appreciate all reply to my threads.
