I don't know about Mapquest, but I have read in other forums that Tom Tom has been working with the Diamond.

I use Amaze GPS.. It has 3 different views you can chose to navigate.. and also a nice lady tells you to ' Turn Right'  - ' Keep Straight' - ' You idiot!! You went the wrong way' GOD!!! now i have to recalculate the route !! GEEZ !'  LOL!! you get the idea!!

I love it!!!!

Tom Tom works great on the htc Diamond.  I haven't heard of anyone having success with the mapquest program.
