Need some clarification - Touch Diamond

Yes as the title says, i really need some clarification.
Wich diamond is unlockable for free? I don't need any links and etc. I just wonder wich phone is unlockable, cause there's two differences i think? GSM and CDMA. Is it possible to unlock GSM version for free?

My phone looks like this

I saw this same post over at PPCG...did you ever get your answer?

Answer: That phone is GSM, and yes there is unlocking instructions and unlocker for free on the web. Google is your friend in this case.

We have instructions on CDMA phones here in the tutorial section but like he said, you will have to head over to xda forum to find the proper instructions for the GSM unlocking sequence.
