increase in-call volume

This seems to be needed on every Sprint Touch Diamond.  I've done this on 3 so far (no, not all mine. haha).

question, can you increase more than 10, or is this the limit?

This is a registry edit, you need a reg edit program to do this, such a PHM Regedit.  After you get one of those and load it up, its pretty self explanatory.  Open the reg edit program, go to HKEY_Current_User (click on the + sign) then scroll down to Control Panel (click on the + sign) then SoundCategories (click on the + sign), then down to InCall.  Now in there you will see at the bottom of the list of things InitVol  2 (0X000002) (click on that), a new screen will open, use the arrow keys or the keyboard to change it from 2 to 10.
