change languague from French to portuguese

hi there, i am a newbie in terms of ppc and i have a bought a diamond in french language but i want now to put it in portuguese. I have looked in the forum and it seems i need to flash with a new rom in the PTG language. can anyone please help me in this process. I would thank you very much(sorry my bad englis)

Just to be clear...you do have a GSM phone right? Yeah you proabably do, so go here...
