3700 ROM + network unlock

Hey guys, im new to the forum - its been a lot of help so far.
I have a Diamond 3700(the north american version) that I got from Rogers canada. my main problem is that i am now in a different country and need to use a different carrier, but i would also like to put a new ROM on it.

From what i can tell most of the ROMs here are for the cdma versions. could anyone point me in the right direction of a good stable ROM that will also network unlock my phone?

IOW, are there any GSM roms?

If not, are the tweaks made to Mighty, published so I could apply them to my phone?
