they are sending me a new one and are telling me I need to let it dry on the screen before stick down the sides. I cant post a pic because you cant really see it since it's clear. when i spoke to the lady she told me she's already done 3 and had no problems at all. actually she said she had the hardest time with the back due do the design but I found that to be the easiest, almost fell right on. But. i'm having a hard time believing someone who works in the call center is actually do installations and already did 3 phones that havent been out 2 weeks, but whatever. The real problems are the small pieces.

They still have a 30 day money back guarentee, so even if you mess up you can get a refund if you send it back. and if you mess up they'll send you another for $3.95 shipping fee. you can always complain because there is no protection for the botton sides (if you got the full protection)

Tell me in detail what they're going to do about the bottom part of the Diamond...did you lodge a complain on that imperfection? - considering it's supposed to be a "full body protection"... right?

BTW, how many peices in detail are there for the installation on the Diamond? considering you said that all the problems are coming from the small bits & pieces. Huh?

there is a piece that covers the navigation keys (the phone back and home buttons), then a piece for the circle in the middle of that, the main screen piece which folds over to cover the sides and top, there is the 1 piece for the back and on the bottom of the phone where the usb plugs in there are 2 pieces (one for each side of the usb port) but those only cover the black plastic parts and not the metal lip, so like 6 pieces total.

the material is kind of stretchy so when you go to push out the air bubbles it pulls a bit and gets kind of disfigured, then when you try to re-align it, i'm guessing the glue is setting pretty fast and pulls up under the film and you can see it, gives it kind of a textured look.

Mine only took a couple days to get here, but maybe it's because i'm in CA and they arent to far away, so depending on where you live, you might see it sooner than you think.

the pieces for the front and back, i'd just to the large area first and let that dry before you try to fold it, or it will trap air bubbles and the fluid pretty easy. though it might be harder to pull that off on the back piece, but like i said, for me that was the easiest part.

Thanks for the help for me getting a discount in the first place. I wish I had thought about that... I should have used the link here instead of going directly to their site.

My bad...sorry.

Is this for the Sprint version or the gsm one? I checked https://www.zagg.com/invisibleshield/htc-touch-diamond-cases-screen-protectors-covers-skins-shields.php , but it does not say.

Thanks

After a smallish piece of metal hit my screen i got a large mark in the supplied screen protector, and a tiny mark in the screen itself, i finally ordered myself a InvisibleSHIELD.
So here are two 20% off codes:
4gc2z0
h7d3r8

Not sure how long they last, but the mail said "limited time".

(And yes, i know the sentence structure is horrible.) Tongue

WOW!
I am really impressed with ZAGG's delivery.
I placed my order late on the 15th, and i received it today the 20th. Thats a mere 5 days from Salt Lake City to Stavanger, Norway. And this was with a weekend.
Local webstores are usually not that fast.

yea invisible shield is awesome because it's military grade and all, but I'm content with current one at the time being (it's free and it seems pretty sturdy for my needs).
