Just bought the invisibleshield for my touch diamond! Cheesy unfortunately will take most probably more than 2 weeks to get it... Angry i'm located in Malaysia...
Any experience from you guys with it on the "diamond"? it seems that the back cover isn't flat so it will be interesting how Zagg is going to do it for our gadgets(full body protection kit)...

What do you mean? The InvisibleSheild or the phone? Well, the phone is certainly not 100% flat...that's why I was just wondering how Zagg will do it...

it actually looks kind of flat, but it's not really...it has "diamond cutting-like" slight curves on the back-cover surface...

The Online Customer Service on Zaggs@InvisibleShield sucks big time!!! Angry I've been trying to get a reply on my delivery status and until now it's not replied yet...Is it too hard for them to reply??? Huh?

On top of that, what's annoying me is i paid $10 bucks for the delivery (expecting it to get to me sooner!) i'm not even using the free shipping service coz i'm in Malay$sia...I can't wait for 3 weeks to get this kit!!! Anybody had experence with them in the past? Has it always been like this? Take your money first and then make you wait until they're ready to send it over to you???

How long did you get yours? and where are you situated?

i'm assuming that this company only treats their local USA customers good and us international's have to wait until they're convenient enough to reply Angry...because they know we wouldn't bother to call them up just for something worth less than $30 bucks!!! I'm pissed now!!!

Hi,

I just purchased the award-winning invisibleSHIELD from ZAGG.com and I was given 2
special 20% discounts that I
could use or share and I'm sending you one of the two.  The invisibleSHIELD is a
really thin, military grade,
patented film, available exclusively from ZAGG.  It is used to protect cell phones,
laptops, cameras, GPS units
or just about any electronic gadget you want.  For information about the
invisibleSHIELD, visit http://www.zagg.com

Here's a one-time-use code that you enter during checkout: jzjfwc

This is a limited time offer so I suggest you hurry and use the code before it expires.

Thanks,

I got my invisible shield today and I dont think it fits right. on the main piece for the screen it actually overlaps to cover the sides but because of the small lip around the screen, i'm having a very hard time getting a good looking coverage. when you line up the earpiece and they front camera holes, the amount of material left to fold over the sides it really small above the volume and power buttons and keeps coming up. Being such a small area whenever you try to press it down it pulls up from the screen and you start getting air bubbles. Also there is no coverage for the side pieces on the lower part.  They should have cut the screen and full side pieces for actual full coverage. Oddly out of all the pieces the back was the easiest to put on even though it's all odd shaped. There is no coverage for the metal pieces below the buttons or above the USB connection so if you plan on carrying this phone in your pocket, it will get scuffed up.
I've got an email into Zagg right now and am returning mine but if you'll have better luck than me feel free to use my codes

Here's a one-time-use code that you enter during checkout: jk3967

Here's a one-time-use code that you enter during checkout: ube8y9

I used code pcworld20 and got 20% off mine and it still seems to be good

Do you mind posting some pictures on the imperfection of the fitment...i'm really concerned on the fitment since i'm also waiting for mine to arrive!!!

i really don't want to go through all the hassle of returning it back and waiting for the replacement!

they are sending me a new one and are telling me I need to let it dry on the screen before stick down the sides. I cant post a pic because you cant really see it since it's clear. when i spoke to the lady she told me she's already done 3 and had no problems at all. actually she said she had the hardest time with the back due do the design but I found that to be the easiest, almost fell right on. But. i'm having a hard time believing someone who works in the call center is actually do installations and already did 3 phones that havent been out 2 weeks, but whatever. The real problems are the small pieces.

They still have a 30 day money back guarentee, so even if you mess up you can get a refund if you send it back. and if you mess up they'll send you another for $3.95 shipping fee. you can always complain because there is no protection for the botton sides (if you got the full protection)
