Do not buy from Cellphoneshop.net

I purchased two batteries from cellphoneshop.net. Both were defective. Instead of replacing them, I asked them to refund my money because they are apparently not compatible with the HTC Touch from sprint.  Because they shipped me two defective batteries, they thought it would be best for customer service to make me pay for shipping to return them. So, not only did i pay for shipping to get two defective batteries to my house, I get to pay shipping again to return them!  Again, do not buy the HTC diamond generic battery from cellphoneshop.net (although I would suggest you not buy anything from them considering their customer service).
