Settings - Option to have tones 'repeat' is greyed out

Hey guys! Great site! Grin

I have a little issue I need help with... Im unable to have a 'tone' repeat itself. For example when I get a text message, it will only sound the tone once, where as I would like the tone to repeat itself to keep reminding me...

This is the way I have had it with all my phones, but when you go to seetings/sounds/notifications.... then the text or new message option, the 'repeat' option is greyed out... why? Can anyone help out?

elo? Does anyone else have this same option greyed out on their diamond as well? or is just me? Any help out there?
