Pictures are blur in "people" ?!?

Hi..
I'm from Turkey and new in this forum.. Sorry, my english isn't very well..

I got my htc touch diamond yesterday, I'm using Outlook 2007 to manage and add images to my contacts.. (Most of the pics are 800x600)
When i add some of my contacts to people (favorites), images of my contacts appears blur..
How can i fix this?

The pictures are blurry because they are to large.
Either rezize them, or open them in the diamonds pictureviewer (fullscreen). Then you can if you like zoom, and select "save picture to contact"

Ah wonderful! I just thought that the blurry-ness was a fact that I just had to live with. But using your advice made the images much sharper! Thanks alot!

thanks for the solution..
i've changed picture resulotions to 100x100 and that's still blurry but much better..
