Phone only playing out of right channel

Goooood afternoon,
Brand new to the forum. My phone will only play out of the right channel regardless if it is thru the OEM htc 4in1 adapter (and cassette adapter for my car) or thru the headphones plugged directly into the phone itself. I am unaware of how to fix this problem. Please advise!

Welcome to the forum!

This sounds like a hardware failure. The only remedy would be to see if you're on some sort of warranty / insurance plan and get the phone either fixed or exchanged.

If you want to completely rule out a software problem, you can do a hard reset. This will wipe the phone and put it back to factory settings - so back your things up.

If you go the route of looking into a repair / exchange, I would do a hard reset anyway.

I do have the sprint insurance, whew! I will be taking this bad boy back in. Thank you for your response, it is greatly appreciated.
