NEW USER"S TOUCH DIAMOND PROBLEMS PLZ help me

Hello Everyone,

I'm a new member of this forum and also new to the touch diamond and windows mobile OS on a whole.
I have some issues with my phone that bought second hand i don't know if its because of the ROM or if its just the phone's issues. For example when recording videos my diamond does not record sound or atleast there's no sound in the video playback. is there anyway that i might have muted it or something and yes the volume is all the way up. videos that aren't recorded on the diamond have sound but recorded by it no. and also my diamond does not have htc's compact qwerty (suretype) keyboard, how can i get it if possible??

From my diamond i can see my ROM version is 2.03.405.3 WWE

does this have anything to do with the problems i'm facing.
PLEASE PLeASE reply i'm desperate for answers, u can even send emails to my email address with advice.

thanks for the reply but the only options provided to me there are
1.Storage
2.Keep Backlight
3.Shutter Sound
4.Shoot Opttions

thats all there is no option for audio but the above is what i got when i went to the second page
none of the other pages has that option either.

yh thanks again it was my mistake the first time but i checked it and the feature to record with audio is on...so now im really puzzled as to y im not getting any sound..

im just wondering if it has anything to do with the ROM version installed is there any better ones that i can use to get around some of the problems im facing?
