Can someone tell me how to get rid of the "message sent" popup that you see every time you send a text message?  Angry

Go to you Messages tab.
Hit "All Messages."
Go to Menu > Tools > Options.
Click on "SMS \ MMS."
Untick "Request delivery notifications".
That should do the trick.

That does not work for the Sprint HTC Touch Diamond.  When I do that I do not see SMS/MMS, I see a list of email accounts &  Text Messages.  It also gives me an option to add another account.  Can anyone help?

The "SMS/MMS" may be labeled as "Text Messages" for you.

See if you can find the same screen as this one.

I know of three ways, (1) Change the registry to allow sms notification to stop (2) Download Diamond tweak and change setting (3) download Advance configuration tool.

Instructions:

(1)  Registry edit:  Go to HKEY Local Machine\software\microsoft\inbox

Click on inbox, making sure Inbox is highlighted, select Edit, New Key
Name the New Key as "Settings"
Click on "Settings" (make sure the Settings is highlighted) and select Edit, New String Value
On "Value name:", key in SMSNoSentMsg and in "Value data", key in 1
Soft reset your device and test it with one SMS, and you will notice that the SMS Sent bubble is being disabled.

(2) Diamond Tweak (the easiest way), download and install this cab file and change the setting under SMS/MMS Messages 2.1 Sent notification change to disabled.  (This tool also allows you to change the setting to keep your phone awake during calls)

(3) Advanced Config Tool, works the same as diamond tweak but you can change other things also.  For SMS notification on the Advanced Config interface scroll down to "messaging", open it up you'll see the both delivery and sent are disabled by default.  With this utility you can change touchflo around and different things like that.

Thanks What What !!!!! This was one of my dislikes on the diamond. But with all these tweaks i can fix 90% of my problem. My other major problem is the keyboard.Wish i could go landscape. The gyrator 2 is very annoying to me. I had it and uninstalled it because of freezing up my phone at times and when im on a call the screen would rotate. I would always hang up a call because i end up hitting the end button with my cheek lol But all in all this phone is clearly the ultimate phone Cheesy
