Yes, true. I'm very interested in the "locking" and "unlocking" part of this phone. Hope there will be some video of it? Or someone who has the phone already, can you tell us about it?

What i've seen on www.coolsmartphone.com you press and hold reject to lock it, then press a button (can't remember witch) and touch a button that appears on the screen. Standard Windows Mobile i think.
Tha bad thing at least on the pre production units where that the screen did not light up when you need to touch the screen button, so in bad lighting it could be a problem. Though you will remember the position of the button after a few times, so i dont really see it as a big problem.

What I found so far is under settings/key lock three choices: lock all buttons except power button/lock buttons if device is locked/do not lock buttons

Long press hangup to lock the phone, and use left soft key to unlock it. Wink

it actually doesn't need to be locked manually (although you can with the 'Hang up' button long press)...

when customized in the "Key Lock options" and set to " Lock all buttons except Power Button", you can just lock the phone by putting it in sleep mode...Pull out the stylus and it wakes up + unlocked...cool!!! Grin

If you want the iPhone unlock app. Google S2U2.

Holding reject button is not a standard WM function. But a nice quicklock tool like Iphone has is S2U2 (also avail for VGA). Google it or search XDA-Developers.

Lol I mentioned S2U2. But yeah, Garet is right. Holding the End (Reject; red) key is not a standard WM function. It's a standard HTC function that's built into most of their phones. You can also change what pressing the end key does.
