...install programms using _setup.xml

I've downloaded the flip lock _setup.xml and the accompanying files. when i transfer them to the td and i try to open the setup file it opens a blank opera browser window. How do you install the programm???

You do not provide sufficient details for help.

An xml file is not an installer. They typically just hold some sort of data for setup or configuration. You need to find a .cab file or something similar in order to install an application.
