HOW TO SYNC Sprint Touch Diamond with EXCHANGE (email,contacts,calendar,etc.)

I know I've seen this posted as a topic once on this forum, but I would like to address how to get this working "properly" many people who have synced their Touch Diamond with their exchange servers are able to pull in their contacts, calendars, and tasks, but not their e-mail.

Here is the method.

If you have already setup an exchange sync through active sync, delete it by going to Active Sync.

Active Sync Window:

push MENU
push OPTIONS
push DELETE
push YES

now that your exchange server is deleted, let's configure it "properly" through the MAIL function in TouchFLO 3D

MAIL Window (from the TouchFLO 3D)

Push MENU
Push ACCOUNTS
PUSH NEW ACCOUNTS
type in your e-mail address from your exchange server
make sure the Automatic Configuration is UNCHECKED.
push NEXT on the bottom.

Now where you use to NOT have the "EXCHANGE SERVER" option, you now have one!
DO NOT FORGET to enter your password with your user name! (sometimes the keyboard may cover it up)

I hope this saves countless hours of trying to figure out how to "configure exchange mail" on your brand spankin' new Sprint Touch Diamond!!!
