HOW TO MAKE YOUR SCREEN ROTATE FOR TYPING!

HKLM>system>GDI>Rotation>HideOrientationUI ->set to 0

For those on the stock ROM of Sprint (or others not sure) all you have to do is change that registry key and it will show up in the button remap drop down box.

After making that entry change, go to Start\settings\Buttons ----> Assign a program <Rotate Screen>

Now whithin text or email, press and hold send key and you screen will rotate.

I like the program ChangeScreen for that. You can set it so it only rotates certain screens (text messages, mail, notes etc).

I havnt tried changescreen, yet but I will. I seem to try everything. I like Flipit for the landscape in tf3d, but like gyrator for everything else. So I run them both at the same time.

Thanks for the tip! I don't necessarily want to have my screen flipped all the time, but in some cases, it really helps. Oh, and installing less random applications is always a bonus.
