How do I send and receive pics through text with the Diamond?

Sorry if this has been posted before but I have a HTC Touch Diamond and I can't sends or receive pictures through text. Can this be done with a hack or something? I am new to the phone so I need some help

This seems like a pretty basic function. My provider is Telus.

hey i would add its Unfortunately it isn't the same, easy procedure as sending a normal picture text on a regular, old, cell phone, you HAVE to send it as email w/an attachment. BUT if you do right, it will send as a picture text, and not an email with a picture attachment.
