the poll is confusing - I assume you mean "hourly" / "daily" ?

What email account are you trynig to set up? Gmail? Hotmail? Other Pop3 or IMAP?

Like Atomic2Mod says we are gonna need a little more info to help with correct settings.  So let us know which email you are trying to get up and running...Yahoo, gmail, etc.

Hi. I`m trying to setup an AOL account. After I input all the account details, it then asks me how frequent I require email downloads ( every 2 hours, once  a day etc ) I press ok, then it trys to logon to aol, then says "cannot connect for some unknown reason, check your setup"

as I said before, I have had it setup in the past, but no joy now
