Can not change TIMEZONE from GMT +2 WINDHOEK to GMT+2 RIGA

Hello,
I amt trying change TIMEZONE from GMT +2 WINDHOEK to GMT+2 RIGA, but timezone settings automatically returns to GMT+2 WINDHOEK .. I Tried turn off automatically timezone changing from GSM network ... This also didn't helped.

Also Phone in ROUMING mode always (In fact I am in my HOME NETWORK )

Is any ideas Huh?

Hiya, could you maybe try turning daylight savings on or off? When i turn it off it messes up my time settings.

You could try turning the network searching option to manual and then searching and picking your network.
