weather not working?

is anyone else having issues with the weather updating? i saw there was one person in the weather tab that was having this issue, just curious if this was on sprints side or mine    

whats up all.  I was just about to ask that same question.  Its been down for awhile.  I even did a soft reset and still nothing.  I thought it was on my end.  I feel better now.  Anyways a soft reset never hurts right1 lol.  I Hope they get it fixed soon.  I was just about to call tech support but I will give it sometime.  I wish Sprint or Samsung would send out a txt saying weather is down.  Is that so much to ask?

I recieved a call from Sprint tech support today, after bringing my phone into the retailers.  I was informed that it was something todo with the sprint network\accu-weather and the Diamond.  The technician from Sprint informed that they were getting HTC involved with the issue.
It sounds like Sprint is taking this very seriously due to all the calls they have received.

Did you have to update your profile or anything like that? mine still doesnt work 
Does yours work? or did the technician just tell you it was working?
