Touchscreem not working properly

When touching the screem its not woking properly, it only works one small single side, and it doesnt give me the possibility to calibrate the phone. It is not possible to browse the pad, cant open Start neither go to the setting. It's working only on right side.
I need some help..

Hey i would say please check out the mother board of the touch screen there may be some fault in it..
it just happens sometimes with the touch..
hope u get it out repaired if u can..
