T.V. Updating message not going away please help

Hi all. I Have the (Sprint CDMA) Touch Diamond. From the home screen when I tab over to t.v. I dont launch yet tho a message saying updating appears. Right mid corner. I wait till it goes away. it usually takes about 7-10seconds or so. Now it takes over 2minutes to go away. Is anyone else having this problem. Yes I can still launch t.v. I did a soft reset and also took the battery out for 2min. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thankyou.
