Has anyone used the missing sync? it will sync all my stuff but I am trying to install an .exe onto my diamond and I put it into the program and it says it is installing it to the internal storage, but then from there, it just puts it into that folder and it wont open on the phone or install anything.

Please help.

Thanks

Nevermind,
I guess that only does cab files. The exe files need the cab extracted with another program

If you have an .exe file, they need to be installed by connecting the phone to a computer in activesync mode.  The application, run on the computer, will then check for your phone and install it for you.  Smiley

I know, but Im on a mac. Ironically, my pc wont recognize the phone, the mac picks it right up. So I use the missing sync and it works like a charm. Unfortunately, i cant just run the .exe files though. but they can usually be extracted with file juicer

Ah... well that's a problem then.  I'm sure there is something out there that will convert a .exe into a mac-capable file.  This is unfamiliar territory for me.  Undecided
