I called HTC helpline and they replyed me for TOUCH FLO 3D...PLZ SEE TO IT

Hi Friend i Tried to use gyrator 2 but that is not working in my cell and secondly there is about option in the gyrator when i click that it says only screen rotation tool you need, now for all devices!.... what does it mean plz can you help with that......

And main think is (Try Start>settings>personal>today>items then scroll down and check TouchFLO 3D. But Friends i dont have option of touch flo3d at all so wht should i do now...)

Please help with this problem ....     

I called help line of HTC but they told me since i am using the Hutch as network i cant use the touchflo 3d.. He said i need to swith on airtel for that service.... So Please help with that sir.... I dont want to swith the network as this mobile no is with evey one.... or the only way is to get new and and  sell HTC.... But Please help if there is any way out...........
