diamond stopped vibrating

my diamond stopped vibrating I've tried several times to do a soft reset but won't vibrate I seen a couple of post with this problem but no replies can anyone help ? need my buzz back what can I do ?!

Your "buzz" may be gone forever. I've heard that the vibrate will just stop working.

so you don't think a hard reset or flashing to a new rom would get it back I have even lost my haptic feedback( but I do have insurance maybe diamond 2 when available)

I've also read some posts recently complaining that the vibration stopped working. Looks like you will have to cash in on that insurance.
