I need some real help here with my new touch diamond (unlocked, using T-Mobile). I'm about to throw this phone against a wall! First I sync'ed with home PC - vista using WM 6.1. Flawless and so easy! Then I synced at work (exchange server). Now I can't even get my home computer to recognize the device. HTC tells me uninstall & reinstall WM. I do, but to no avail. I was sync'ing with both PC's using my Treo 750, so I know it's not either PC. This appears to be a common problem when I google, but I haven't seen any suggestions on a fix. I've set, and reset and checked and rechecked all the boxes around connections, does anyone anywhere know of a solution??
