I aint complaining, but I have been away from my phone for almost a week. I got back on my phone yesterday and the Phone section seem alot different. The Interface seems to have changed. I remember the buttons being different, and now it shows the history in a lil screen above the keypad. The only thing I don't care for, is, I thought it was alot easier to get to contacts from the phone pad, now you have to go to start first. Not like the extra step is a big deal. I do like the way my phone pad looks now. just different.

I just hit contacts button or drop the phone pad down and all your contacts come up after your most recent call history..
I've never had to goto Start Contacts.

Mine hasn't changed at all, and I hope it doesn't. I still have "contacts" on the bottom left of the phone pad.

Hm... I don't know how it could have changed. Isn't there a default windows mobile dial pad somewhere on the phone? It might have switched to that. Do you have a screenshot?

Wow I've never seen that before. I kinda like the layout of the buttons better on that picture, but I would want my contacts button still at the bottom left.
Did you add a different dialer? Maybe it was attached to something else you added, if you added anything at all.

Can you go into file explorer>my device>windows then scroll down to _Dialer_press... and _Dialer_Norm...
This is just my own curiosity, to see if those files changed as well. Those are the dialpad bitmap skins files. It should be the orginal number pad, and one that looks like the original one but grey.

Hi all. I dont have that keypad that shown strange! Im with Sprint but why would there be different keypads? I will have to check into that. A couple of questions on those apps. if you dont mind answering. I would appreciate it. How do you like that Gyrator 2 app.? Im thinking about getting that. Does it have bugs and also Am I going to have to go into the system and make a lot of changes? Ok lol 1 question over. Thank you

I have never seen that dialpad! I like it! If it just appeared like you said without 3rd party apps/skins, then I wonder where it is hiding on the phone... lol

I've looked around and it looks like a different skin on the GSM version of the phone. I assume you have a CDMA, so your software has changed because the orientations of the buttons are different. I'm stumped man, however during my search, I have found some glossy black skins for the original dialer that I am adding to my phone. So something good came out of this...LOL

I finally figured it out. I had downloaded Diamond Tweaks at some point and It switched it from The diamond Dial pad to The windows Mobile Dial pad. Sprint didnt change it, I just unknowingly opted out of the the sprint dial pad for the normal one. Tsk tsk, all is good, I like the Windows mobile one much better anyways.
