Yep, the keyboard is a little smaller, but I haven't found it any more difficult to type with it.  Also I like being able to see more of the application when the keyboard up.

Mostly minor improvements like you said though.  One of the things I like is there is now an accelerometer calibrator.  Apparently mine wasn't calibrated right and so I was able to fix that.  Things seem to respond to the accelerometer quicker now also.  I don't know if that is because I calibrated it or not, but it's nice to see Opera and Sprint TV rotate quicker when I rotate the phone.

Links in email seem to open up in opera now instead of ie.

The new incoming call screen is way better with the slide to answer.

I'm not sure, but I feel like TouchFlo is also a little more snappier.

Overall nice update, but I was expecting so much more.  I heard so much about the leaked Sprint rom, I really expected to get most of those features.  Hopefully another update is in the pipeline.

I like the new "Save to Contacts". Finger friendly, nice looking.
Which brings me to a question:
Can anyone figure out the parameters that brings up the screen in the second pic, so I can map it to a hardware button or create a shortcut to it?

I installed it just to see if it would add the "Forward" button to the text message menu (a huge oversight!).

It did.

Its nice that a ROM Update is now available, unfortunately it wasn't mentioned that once loaded, your TCPMP Core Pocket Movie player is not compatible with the update.  Is there an upgraded version of TCPMP available?  If so, please upload.  Lesson learned.....never run to a "NEW" ROM update until one is sure of all the compatability with all the beloved software and hidden costs (shrinking keyboard......DANG!),

Thanks!
